Disneyland Slideshow

I have SO many favorite pictures from our Disneyland trip, but had a hard time narrowing it down. Here's a handful of my favorites:

Overall, it was a great trip. We went April 12-15. It was just a last minute, spur-of-the-moment trip. It was the last time the kids would be off track before they were done with school for the year, and I didn't want to go when everyone else was out of school. I'm not a big fan of huge crowds and standing in line for hours.

We booked through Get Away Today Vacations, because they were offering a great deal during those dates. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Anaheim, which was about a mile from Disney. We didn't rent a car, but I kind of wish we would have, just so we could have gone to the grocery store and brought our own food instead of spending so much on the food in Disneyland.

We did the 3 day park-hopper, and it was the perfect amount of time to see everything we wanted to. There were SO many people there, but most lines were 20 minutes or less. The longest lines were the new Woody Toy Story ride in California adventure (about 45 minutes), and waiting in line to meet the princesses, (also about 45 minutes). It was great!

We ended up flying instead of driving, since Kevin didn't want to take the extra days off work to drive to and from California. It's more expensive to fly, but worth it for our sanity I think! Some kids are great on long road trips, but I don't know that my kids would do that great.

I'm glad we were able to fit this trip in when the kids are still young, and 2 out of the 3 of them got to ride most of the rides! The last time we went to Disneyland was in April of 2008, when Ryker was 6 months old. And Trinidee was still a bit too short for a lot of the rides in 2008. I think they enjoyed it a lot more this time!
