Hawaii pictures!

Kevin & I enjoyed a week in Hawaii, (Jan. 3-10) for our 9 year anniversary. It was SO much fun! We stayed on Kauai, but flew over to Oahu for one day, to see Pearl Harbor, the Dole Plantation, some of the LOST locations, and a lot of beaches. Here are only a fraction of the pictures we took:

9 years and counting.....

I just wanted to post about my terrific husband, Kevin, and thank him for 9 (so far) wonderful years of marriage, and I look forward to the future with him! Kevin is always such a positive, happy person, and a lot of fun to be around! We celebrated our 9 year anniversary on January 8, 2009 in sunny Kauai, Hawaii, (I'll post more about that soon). Kevin always makes me laugh, and he is a WONDERFUL daddy to our 3 kids! When we got home from our trip, they all flocked to him first! He's such a hard worker and I'm so grateful he is able to support us and that I'm able to stay home and be with the kids. Of course, things aren't always perfect, no ones marriage is, but I know he's commited to us, and that gives me great comfort. Thanks, Kev, for being such a wonderful person! I love you!

Pics w/ Santa

I'm really late posting these pics, but this was a month ago, on December 1, when Santa dropped in and gave the Chapman family a visit during FHE. Ryker wasn't too pleased, but the girls did tell him what they want for Christmas.

Christmas Pictures...

I probably should have posted these BEFORE I posted the New Years stuff, but oh well. Here's some cute pictures from Christmas Eve and Christmas morning:
Bailee wrote these notes to Santa a few weeks before Christmas. They say "I want Strawberry Lipstick, From Bailee To Santa, and I want a real camera, From Bailee to Santa." We didn't even help her write these notes, she just sounded the words out on her own. I thought it was pretty cute!

And here she is writing a last minute note to Santa to leave with the milk and gingerbread cookies they made for him on Christmas eve. This one says, "Dear Santa, please bring me a cupcake maker". Well, Santa must have had an extra one in his bag, because they got one!

Then Kevin and I read the girls a few Christmas stories, locked them in their room, and went to bed!

And here's the loot.....

Happy New Year!

Last night we went to our friends house to celebrate New Years. We had lots of YUMMY food and played Rock Band and Pit. We took Trinidee and Ryker with us, and they even stayed up until midnight! Bailee slept at Grandma's, but she stayed up too! Thanks Shannon & Ty for the fun party! I hope everyone has a wonderful 2009!
